PASSIVE HOUSE

Robert Arlt is a Certified Passive House Consultant (CPHC) for Passive House Institute of the United States (PHIUS) allowing him to research strategies on implementing more energy efficient, high performance, and low-carbon building efforts. He is head of the Passive House Initiative at South Dakota State University, a grant focusing on educating and implementing high performance homes in the region.
